Rules and Information

• Admission

Admission to all classes is granted in accordance with the policies of the school management, subject to the age criteria, academic readiness, conduct of the student, and the guidelines prescribed by CBSE. At the time of admission, the student must be accompanied by a parent or authorized guardian, who will be responsible for supporting the student’s discipline, conduct, and adherence to the rules and regulations of the school.

• Attendance Policy

Regular attendance is essential for the academic progress and overall development of every student. As per school policy, students must maintain a minimum of 75% attendance in an academic year to be eligible for promotion. Parents or guardians are required to clearly inform the school regarding the reason for any absence or leave.

Students are expected to strictly adhere to the school timings and are not permitted to leave the campus during working hours without prior permission. Unauthorized absence from school for more than 15 consecutive days may result in the student’s name being removed from the school rolls. In cases of serious illness or contagious diseases, the Principal must be informed at the earliest, supported by a valid medical certificate.

• Visiting Hours

The school does not encourage parents to meet teachers directly in the classrooms or in the staff room or to wait for them in the school corridors. In case of emergency or any concerns, permission from the principal is required to meet the teachers. 

• Note to the Parents

1. 1. Parents are requested to make sure the students reach the school on time. 
   2. Parents need to ensure that the student comes in full uniform and adheres to the right timetable for the day.
   3. Homework/assignment details and any information to the Parents will be sent in writing through the School Diary. Parents are requested to consistently check the school diary.
   4. Parents need to continuously encourage their ward to participate in the co-curricular activities, cultural, literary, artistic, sports and games, etc.
   5. Parents are requested to make sure the students learn the day-to-day topics regularly for easy examinations. 
   6. Parents are requested to meet the teachers only on the scheduled Open House Day. In case of any situation, Parents are allowed to meet the students or their teachers only through the Principal.
